CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT

Chiropractic care focuses on supporting your body’s natural ability to move, heal, and function at its best by addressing the neuromusculoskeletal system that supports your body, protects your organs, and keeps you moving every day. Through thorough assessment and hands-on treatment, care is designed to improve alignment, restore mobility, and reduce pain. This non-invasive approach helps enhance overall function, support long-term health, and improve the way you move and feel in your daily life.

EXERCISE THERAPY

Exercise therapy is a key part of care, focused on helping you move better, build strength, and support lasting results. Through targeted exercises, we work to improve mobility, stability, and overall function. You’ll be given a personalized home exercise program, so you can continue making progress between visits and take an active role in your recovery. Movement is essential to healing, feeling good, and building resilience in the body. The goal is to give you the tools and confidence to move well, stay active, and maintain your progress long term.

SOFT TISSUE MOBILISATION

Soft tissue mobilisation focuses on improving the health and function of muscles, fascia, and other soft tissues through targeted, hands-on techniques. This may include approaches like active release, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. These techniques help break up adhesions, improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and restore normal movement patterns. By addressing restrictions in the soft tissue, this work can relieve pain, improve flexibility, and support better overall function—often creating a noticeable difference in how your body moves and feels.

Kinetic taping & athletic taping

KINETIC TAPING

Kinesiology taping is a supportive technique that uses flexible, elastic tape applied to the skin to help guide movement and reduce strain on muscles and joints. Taping can help reduce pain, improve circulation, decrease swelling, and support injured or overused tissues during activity and recovery. It can also enhance body awareness, helping you move more efficiently and avoid further irritation. Kinesiology tape is often used for a variety of concerns from muscle tightness and joint instability to post-injury support.

MEDICAL ACUPUNCTURE & DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling is a targeted therapy that helps relieve muscle pain and tension by inserting thin, sterile needles directly into tight or trigger points in the muscles. This technique helps release knots, improve blood flow, and restore normal muscle function. The needling process also stimulates the nervous system, helping reduce muscle guarding and improve communication between muscles and nerves. As tension decreases and movement improves, the body is better able to heal, recover, and return to normal function.

CUPPING THERAPY

Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, creating space within the tissue that helps increase circulation, reduce tension, and promote relaxation. This decompressive effect can improve blood flow, support lymphatic drainage, and encourage the body’s natural healing response. By reducing pressure on tight or restricted areas, cupping can help release muscle tension, decrease inflammation, and improve mobility. It’s commonly used for areas like the back, shoulders, and hips, and can be especially helpful for stubborn tightness or chronic discomfort.
